Dear customers, Universal Voice (UV) is currently not working in Adobe Connect. However you can use your AudioOne rooms and your Connect rooms in parallel. All MeetingOne's services are working properly (AudioOne, Click&Meet, OAM), this issue only concern the audio integration in Adobe Connect.. Adobe is currently doing their best to solve this issue ASAP with their SIP provider. We'll inform you as soon as Adobe's teams have solved this issue. Thank you for your understanding. ------------------------------------------------------------- Chers clients, Universal Voice (UV) ne fonctionne actuellement pas depuis Adobe Connect. Vous pouvez toutefois utiliser vos salles AudioOne et Connect en parallèle. Tous les services MeetingOne fonctionnent correctement (AudioOne, Click&Meet, OAM), ce problème concerne uniquement l'intégration audio dans Adobe Connect. Some integrated audio with Adobe is temporarily not available. Investigation is in progress to restore asap. *Adobe Connect is available with VoIP. *Standalone audio conference is working.
