    Valued MeetingOne Customer, This is a service interruption notification from the MeetingOne Support team. An issue with Adobe Connect Universal Voice Line not connecting for some customers has been discovered and it is being addressed urgently by the Adobe Connect team. Workaround - Audio Integration is still functioning, however the Universal Voice Line will NOT connect to MeetingOne bridge. Phone attendees and microphone attendees will not be able to speak to each other or be heard. You can switch to VoIP only or Phone only in the audio conference settings The Adobe Support Team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, this is NOT affecting all customers. It is also NOT affecting on-premise or managed services customers You may contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-888-523-8445 to reschedule any scheduled events or services.
