    Valued MeetingOne Customer, This is a service interruption notification from the MeetingOne Support team. An issue with Adobe Connect Integrated audio not being able to start has been discovered and it is being addressed urgently by the Adobe Connect team. Workaround - Standalone MeetingOne audio is functioning without an issue. You can switch to Phone only or VoIP only in the audio conference settings. The option to have both phone attendees and microphone attendees is currently not an option. You may contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-888-523-8445 to reschedule any scheduled events or services. We will provide an additional notification when more information is available.
