  3. resolved Jun 18, 2025, 10:20 AM UTC

This issue has now been resolved. The connection problems were caused by an error on Microsoft's side. We’ve implemented a workaround and confirmed that users are now able to reconnect successfully. The disconnects occurred due to unexpected errors from Microsoft’s calendar API. We’re taking additional steps to protect against similar issues in the future to ensure stable Outlook connections. If your Outlook connection was affected, you can now reconnect it via your meetergo profile. Be sure to select your preferred calendar in the sync dropdown, and everything should continue working as normal. Thanks for your understanding—we’re here if you need further support.
