    Area of Impact: Touch and POS users with Thermal Printers ​ We have been notified of issues where our Thermal printers are no longer able to connect to our servers. We are currently investigating and will continue to provide updates as we know more.

    Touch and POS users with Thermal Printers: Issues Resolved. ​ Connectivity issues impacting TSP654 printers have been resolved. The root cause was related to the root certificates used to validate secure communications being out of date on the printers, with the root certificate for our primary SSL vendor expiring today. To resolve the issue we have switched to an alternate SSL provider.
