Error messages are appearing on the iOS app preventing customers to use their app. The error messages are “Looks like we've encountered some difficulty. Please refresh.” and “Looks like there may have been an issue, please try again.” Apple has approved the latest version of the iOS app fixing these error messages. Majority of client apps have the latest version available in the App Store. Please update your app to version 3.5.2. To find the app version, navigate to the “About” section in the Account tab of the app. Some client apps are still progressing through Apple’s queue for approval and the app update is not yet available in the App Store. You’re able to find the version history in the App Store when you search for your app. In the meantime, please ask your customers to log out and log back into the app to resolve the error message until the app update is available in the App Store.
