  4. resolved Aug 12, 2022, 05:31 PM UTC

Earlier today (8/12) we identified that webhook requests were not being sent to 3rd party integrations. This prevented 3rd party services like Klaviyo, Postscript and Attentive from receiving Malomo events that would subsequently trigger notifications to customers. We determined the issue was related to a bug that would incorrectly disable webhooks in our system and cause the described behavior. We have implemented a fix for the issue which is now in production. All functionality has been restored and our systems are now operating normally.
