    Our OAuth2 authentication service was returning unauthorized (401) status codes, causing API calls that require authentication to fail. This issue affected our ability to receive new orders and fulfillment updates from Shopify. The root cause was identified upon investigation as an issue within the OAuth2 service. A restart of the service successfully restored functionality. To enhance our response to similar issues in the future, we have implemented proactive alerting with our service provider to ensure faster detection and resolution of authentication failures. We are also backfilling these orders during the incident. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our system reliability.
