    LMS Integrated Courses are experiencing a delay in grade syncing from Achieve to the school's Learning Management System. The team has identified the root cause and is preparing a hotfix that should release on Thursday morning. Workaround: If there is an immediate need for grades to be synced to the LMS, instructors can perform a manual grade sync using the course tools in the LMS.

    Automated grade sync in LMS Integrated Courses will be temporarily disabled at 12:30 AM ET in preparation for the morning's 8 AM ET release which will address the delay in grades to the Learning Management Systems. Automated sync functionality should be restored when the release is complete. An update will be published at that time. Reminder: Instructors can manually sync grades via the course tools in the LMS if immediate updates are needed.

    The hotfix was successfully deployed this morning and automated grade sync is now working as expected. We will continue to monitor.
