We are experiencing intermittent packet loss on our primary circuit which is affecting our fiber internet customers. We have contacted our circuit provider and are awaiting an update. There are reports of a fiber cut in Denver that is affecting a wider area. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we learn more.

We are currently experiencing a complete outage on our fiber internet service that is being caused by an outage of our upstream circuit provider. We apologize for this service interruption and have escalated this issue with our provider to the highest level. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we receive them.
