Our Fixed Wireless and Fiber Internet services have been restored. We are still working in our Cable Broadband services and hope to have an update soon.

Cable Broadband Customers: We have temporarily resolved issues and service has been restored. It is important that you DO NOT power cycle or reboot your modems at this time as this will cause your service to go offline. If you have already power cycled or rebooted your equipment and your services are down again, please be patient with us as we work to resolve things.

I portion of our Cable Broadband customers are still being affected by the outage. We are having replacement equipment overnighted to us and expect to receive it mid to late morning and we will work to get this equipment placed into service as quickly as we can. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fully restore service as quickly as possible.

While we were able to restore Cable Broadband services, we are still running on our backup circuit and expect to have things fully restored by EOD.
