    We identified an issue beginning Wednesday late evening that may have caused some campaigns to enter an error state. As a result, certain campaigns may have incorrectly reported creative sizes (e.g., assets appearing larger than 20 MB). Our team has identified the root cause and has begun implementing a fix. We are actively working to remediate affected campaigns and restore expected functionality. We will continue to share updates as we make progress.

    We have implemented a fix for the issue that caused some items to enter an error state and report incorrect creative sizes. All systems are now functioning as expected. We're continuing to monitor for stability but believe the issue is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience.

    We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting our international address verification service for countries outside the US, UK, Canada, and Mexico. Requests for address verification in all other countries are currently returning errors (HTTP 500). Verification services for the US, UK, Canada, and Mexico remain fully operational.

    On April 30, 2025 from 10:40 - 11:00 AM PST api.lob.com returned an elevated number of "Service Unavailable" 503 status code failures impacting most requests across all endpoints. This regression was caused by an update which has since been rolled back. All services are now operational.
