    Hello All, Starting at 6:27 p.m. EST on November 13th, we discovered a file replication issue that affected fax and voicemail queue processing times. We will experience delays in fax, voicemail and email delivery systems. We have applied a fix for this issue, however it may need a few hours to process all backlogged queues. We will continue to monitor and provide further updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
