Status: Monitoring We have identified the cause of intermittent 500 errors affecting the SMTP relay and APIs and are working on a fix. A small percentage of requests and SMTP sessions were impacted by this. The issue is caused by a corrupted API pod which has now been disabled to mitigate the issue. There should be no more impact as of 8:07 PM CEST.

Status: Resolved This incident has been resolved. The API and SMTP relay are operating normally again. The incident affected a small percentage of requests between 7:56 PM CEST and 8:07 PM CEST. No messages have been lost that have been accepted. We are reviewing the incident and will take any appropriate follow-up measures.
