There were delays in timing between form submissions and fulfillment actions. This has been resolved.
Some users are experiencing pages or actions within the web-app giving a 'connection error' while working with the platform. Our team has identified the root cause and a hotfix has been deployed to the system.
We are currently investigating an issue with the Conversations feature in the Captello app on iOS and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Conversations in iOS should be operational with the latest app version (10.8.4) which is available in the Apple Store as an update.
Due to the ongoing AWS outage today, some features of our platform are delayed in operation. This most notably is affecting email sending requests which will show in the system as Processing instead of Sent. We will continue to monitor and keep communications open with AWS through this and will update when we hear more. Any questions reach out to our support team at [email protected]
AWS backlog has appeared to have caught up, and our internal testing has shown things are operating as expected now.
