Engineers have resolved the issue affecting global search across the system. The issue was caused by an erroneously applied update to a production service, causing our search service to become temporarily unavailable on the web app and APIs. Our team will be carrying out a detailed post-mortem to identify the steps that led to this change being applied to introduce measures to avoid reoccurrence. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
