    At 10:20 AM BST on 10 April 2025, one of the nodes in the production web server farm experienced a transient issue. As a result, users routed to that node experienced elevated response times. The rest of the web farm operated normally. The affected server was removed from the load balancer pool, and a fallback node was brought online to restore full service capacity.
