LaunchDarkly experienced a minor incident on September 19, 2025 affecting Account management, lasting 4h 14m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

All customers on Foundation plans are experiencing issues inviting new members via the LaunchDarkly UI. As a workaround, these customers can navigate to https://app.launchdarkly.com/projects/default/onboarding to invite members using the onboarding page. We are investigating a fix and will provide updates as they become available.
