We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Oil Inventories Overview tab, where the dashboard appears with excessive spacing and some dashboard elements may not display as expected. Our team is investigating the issue and working to restore the full dashboard view.

Partial outage: We are investigating a Fleet Metrics data anomaly for July 31st, where total Oil on Water and Floating Storage values are underreported

We have late weather data from a provider, causing yesterday’s forecasts to be missing and this morning’s to be late. Run 00z 2026-06-29: EC ENS & EC AIFS ENS were delayed but have now been completed. Runs 06z & 12z 2026-06-28: the ECMWF delay caused our workflow to fail for EC OP, EC ENS, AIFS OP, EC AIFS ENS, and EC 46 (run 00z). We are now starting to backfill these. Run 18z 2026-06-28 was also delayed but has since been completed (no action needed) We will keep you updated.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an unplanned service interruption of the Real Time Satellite feed as of approximately 13:30 UTC, June 25, 2026. All other data sources - Terrestrial and Roaming are operating as expected.
