Our team has identified an issue that is preventing users from loading Knack. Our engineers are currently investigating this and we will post an update here as soon as we have one.

Our engineers have increased the number of active resources, and we're seeing an improvement in the load times. You should start seeing your apps load as well. We are still working on this and will continue to monitor and post updates as they come.

Our engineers have concluded that this issue was caused by a code update released today. This update inadvertently overloaded our servers, resulting in the failure to recover some of our backend services. Contrary to our initial post, during our investigation, we discovered that the affected service was being utilized by apps in all regions. Thus, we have updated the title of this post. We truly appreciate your patience as we worked on fixing this issue, and thank you to the customers who reported this to our support team. This incident is now resolved, and access to your account and live apps has been fully restored.
