    The RCI Business Intelligence dashboards are falling behind as a result of degraded performance in the RCI Business Intelligence Dashboards component. Full performance is expected to resume shortly in the RCI Business Intelligence Dashboards. The platform remains fully operational for the duration - no data loss is expected.

    A fix has been implemented and we are observing the result. We expect all Business Intelligence Dashboards will have fully caught up by Thursday 3rd August AM.
