    We are aware that Kami is currently experiencing reduced performance when it comes to loading files, saving annotations, and exporting documents out of Kami. All tools and features are still working, but slower than expected. Annotations will also save eventually, but please stay on the page until you see the “all changes saved” message. Our developers are aware of the issue and are investigating the cause now. As soon as we have more information, we will update everyone ASAP.     We've identified the change that has caused these performance issues and are working on a fix for the issue now. All tools and features are still working, but slower than expected. Annotations will also save eventually, but please stay on the page until you see the “all changes saved” message. We are still monitoring Kami's performance for any changes as we We'll keep you updated on the progress of that fix, and are doing all we can to get this back up and running for you.     We've now rolled back the change that we believe was responsible for the performance issues in Kami. Everything looks to be back up and running smoothly, however, we'll keep monitoring to make sure everything is working as expected.
