    Junction API and Dashboard are experiencing outage currently due to DNS resolution issue. Device and Lab Test data processing remains operational. You are not affected also if you are accessing Junction API through tryvital.io subdomains.

    The root cause of the DNS resolution issue has been resolved. The updated DNS records should have propagated through most of the public DNS nameservers at this point. Device and Lab Test data processing remains operational. Note that API requests were unaffected by this incident if they were made through these methods: (i) via the a tryvital.io subdomain; or (ii) any of our server-side SDKs.

    PSC Appointment Scheduling API for Quest Diagnostics is experiencing an outage since Sunday December 7 7:08 PM ET. As a result, the following Junction API endpoints are impacted: - /v3/order/psc/appointment/availability - /v3/order/{orderid}/psc/appointment/book - /v3/order/{orderid}/psc/appointment/reschedule - /v3/order/{orderid}/psc/appointment/cancel - /v3/order/psc/appointment/cancellation-reasons - /v3/order/{orderid}/psc/appointment The issues are intermittent and you may observe 500 Internal Server Error responses. Our team has escalated this issue with Quest, and is monitoring the situation for a resolution. We will provide updates as they become available.

    Our Identity Provider (Auth0) uses Cloudflare, which is currently experiencing a global outage. As a consequence, the Junction Dashboard is experiencing issues with respect to authentication (Google Sign-In and Email Magic Link). We are looking into workarounds and monitoring the Cloudflare outage. Note that this affects only the Junction Dashboard. Junction API and Device and Lab Testing data processing are operating normally.

    Our team has deployed a workaround for the authentication issue with Auth0 (our Identity Provider) who is affected by the Cloudflare outage. Access to the Junction Dashboard has been restored for the time being. We are continuing to monitor system for any new issues caused by the ongoing Cloudflare outage. As a reminder, Junction API operations and Device/Lab Testing data processing were not impacted. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this incident.
