    Dear customer, We are experiencing issues now during the service window where alarms marked as handled true/false in the Monitor tab of the platform will not be marked correctly in the underlying systems. We are investigating the root cause. There is currently no known loss of data. We will keep you updated as we get more information on this issue. Thank you, Team @ Irisity

    Dear customer, We want to inform you that as of today we have rolled back the IRIS+ maintenance that was scheduled today. Since we have performed the rollback, this issue is no longer in production. Thank you, Team @ Irisity
