    We are urgently reviewing issues that have been reported which may stem from a platform release that was made last night. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will reach back out as soon as an update is available.

    We have identified an issue that has caused degraded performance with ion images and the use of server scriptlets for some customers. We are actively working on preparing a hotfix to correct this issue. We will provide another update as soon as the fix has been released.

    We are happy to report that we have released a fix that should correct the server scriptlet issues that were reported earlier by some ion customers. We are actively monitoring consoles with reported issues to ensure the scriptlet issues are fully resolved.

    The issue reported earlier regarding ion server scriptlets has been resolved. As a quick recap, server scriptlets that referenced respondent data stopped running as expected after a platform release. A fix was deployed as quickly as possible that allowed these scriptlets to run as expected. All server scriptlets should now be operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
