We have identified an issue preventing some Ion users from being able to download raw data files. This issue occurs when there is at least one (1) respondent within the raw with a user agent string that cannot be attributed to a specific type of device. A hotfix has been released to correct the issue preventing users from downloading raw data files. All users should now be able to download campaign and global raw data files as expected. We are actively monitoring user download activity to ensure raw data files can be downloaded as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
