    We identified a behavior with Apple products using recent IOS versions and Safari as the browser in which Forms might no go through (in a single click) when the Submit Button is set to open in a new window, likely related to Pop-ups being blocked by default. We recommend setting the Submit Button to open in the same page upon Form submission, as well as disabling Pop-up blockage in Settings and testing quickly douple-tapping the button.
