We are performing some essential maintenance in an effort to improve our platform. During this maintenance period, some users may experience problems accessing their forms and/or their Formstack login account. We expect the actual downtime to be limited to 15 minutes, however this may be intermittent throughout the 2-hour period.

Formstack.com is currently in Maintenance mode and we've begun our changes. We'll update this as we have more information.

We're getting near the end of our window. We still believe we'll complete before 5am EDT but we'll update if that changes.

Unfortunately, we need to extend the maintenance window. We're going to have a hard cut-off of 6:00am EDT, at which point we'll roll back to our original state and re-schedule maintenance for a later date. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
