We have successfully resolved the issue that was causing a delay in email notifications for orders, cases, and trouble ticket. The impact period was from Saturday, September 6th, at 6:00 AM CDT until Monday, September 8th, at 11:45 AM CDT. Our Emails are now operating normally. We are currently processing and sending all notifications that were delayed during the incident period.
