    Our Engineering Team has identified an issue with Quality Risk Management iOS mobile application. At this time, users may experience unable to upload reports from the mobile app. Our team has built a solution and is currently testing it to make sure the upload process is restored. We’ll provide another update once the fix is released. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this.

    We have observed and received monitoring reports regarding intermittent login and performance issues when accessing Inspectorio platform from within China. Our initial investigation indicates the issue may have been related to upstream network disruptions through Cloudflare service provider. We are actively monitoring the situation to ensure ongoing service stability. We will provide further updates as needed. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
