    Our Engineering Team has identified an issue with Quality Risk Management iOS mobile application. At this time, users may experience unable to upload reports from the mobile app. Our team has built a solution and is currently testing it to make sure the upload process is restored. Our initial investigation indicates the issue may have been related to upstream network disruptions through Cloudflare service provider.
