Our System Administration team is investigating issues affecting our connectivity to West Coast servers. Customers with accounts housed within this data center may experience temporary connectivity issues to their website and email. There is not currently an estimated time for this issue to be resolved, but updates will be provided here as they become available.

Our Network Operations team has identified and resolved an issue with the traffic at our West Coast Data Center. One of our internet providers is experiencing performance issues and we have mitigated it as much as possible on our side. A ticket has been opened with them to investigate further.
