Our telecommunications service provider is planning scheduled maintenance on our chat systems on Sunday, April 28th, beginning at 2:00 AM Eastern U.S. Time. The expected maintenance window will be 30 minutes. During this time all active chats will be disconnected, and no new chats will be able to be initiated.
