We are currently experiencing a service disruption. When creating, updating or deleting skills in Plan/Configuration/Skills, the changes are not shown in WFM where skills can be assigned to activities or employees. We are working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. We will send an additional update as soon as we found the root cause.
