    We have recently identified an issue resulting in intermittent errors on Amazon's end when processing price change feeds. Our team has confirmed this issue is on Amazon's end and is only affecting a subset of Amazon marketplaces. We will continue to monitor this issue closely to ensure Informed Repricer's functionality begins working again as soon as this issue is resolved by Amazon.

    We have received reports of Amazon FBA products showing as Out of Stock or Deleted in Informed Repricer. After investigation, this was identified to be due to several of Amazon's FBA related reports not containing all active SKUs expected. Our team has opened an escalation directly with Amazon with the Case ID: 15821047711. We will continue to post any additional updates here as we receive them from their team.
