    Starting at 3:10 PM EDT today user began to experience issues accessing Incident IQ. Our engineering team quickly identified the issue and deployed a fix to restore system service soon after. The outage lasted roughly 20 minutes. Though all systems have been restored we are continuing to monitor all platform KPIs to ensure there are no additional disruptions.
