We have received and confirmed that users are experiencing delayed loading times on our mobile app. When users first launch the app the load time has averaged around 1 minute. The standard loading time is under 10 seconds. We are investigating this and working to decrease load time. For all users experiencing this issue, please note that the app will load eventually and this does not affect performance once the app is loaded. No other features including geolocation are affected by this issue. In the meantime our recommendation is that users load the app shortly prior to use and leave it running in the background.
