  1. investigating May 06, 2020, 06:02 PM UTC

We have received reports that some images uploaded via our mobile app on iOS did not successfully send images. We are still receiving other information about submissions, but have encountered cases where the images are corrupted. We believe that this is only affecting iOS 13 users, but have not confirmed this. Users who encounter this issue or receive a rejection email from our support team regarding a blank submission can resubmit to our support team or by uploading via our website. We have just released an update to block corrupted or empty images before upload. In these cases, users will receive instructions to submit via our website.

  2. investigating May 06, 2020, 09:11 PM UTC

  3. resolved May 08, 2020, 02:50 PM UTC

We've released a patch and are receiving all images submitted via the mobile app.
