    We have identified an issue with appointment charges created through the transactions page. Our team is currently investigating the cause and any impacted accounts; however, as a preventative measure to ensure no charges are created in error, we have disabled the TRANSACTIONS > APPOINTMENT CHARGES page.

    Our Development team has identified the cause of the issues with the Appointments transaction page and determined a direction for resolving them. We will continue to update this message as the issue progresses until it is resolved. Thank you again for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

    We’ve now implemented a fix to address the issue that could result in double charging for appointments. The Transactions > Appointments page is back to full functionality. Thank you for being so patient as we resolved this matter
