The Microsoft Office document previewer for .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx files is experience intermittent rendering issues. This is a service operated by Microsoft and used by the Hyperproof application. We are investigating the issue.
We've narrowed this down to a problem with the Office Viewer service and are working on getting support from Microsoft. We do not have an ETA for a resolution.
