    We experienced an issue on the HxDR platform API beginning at 7:44 PM, 28 Jan 2026 (CST, UTC−6) Diagnosis: Customer's might experience following: * Projects, assets and users could not be accessed in Canada for 9 minutes. The issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor this problem.
