    We are investigating elevated error rates affecting account-related RPC methods on mainnet: getAccountInfo, getBalance, getTokenAccountsByOwner, getMultipleAccounts, and getProgramAccounts. Other methods are not affected.

    This appears to be related to upstream network issues in the US-West region. Our datacenter provider is actively investigating.
