We've identified the issue as being caused by an outage of our vendor for logins to the Programs Consumer UI (Microsoft Azure Active Directory). They are actively working to restore service and we will provide regular status updates as we receive them. https://status.azure.com/en-us/status

Our vendor for the Digital Health Programs | Consumer UI has completed work to restore service. We have seen a steady decline in error rates and are no longer observing failed attempts to login. We will continue to monitor the application and we will provide further status updates as we receive them.
