Approximately 16:22 UTC, the account system slowed down, causing problems for logins and access to Gurobi Cloud. Unfortunately, we did not receive notices from automated system monitoring systems, so we only addressed the problem when we were personally notified by users. We rebooted the servers. While we were unable to pinpoint the root cause, we repaired the notices from system monitoring, and we updated some configuration to improve future performance.
