We are experiencing delayed data processing due to degradation in our data pipeline. Data processing will be temporarily paused to perform remediation on the degraded data stores. Data ingestion is not impacted. Received data from the incident window will be processed following restoration of our data processing pipeline. The Session Explorer is experiencing elevated error rates. Session data, IP Intelligence and bulk data are delayed.

Session explorer is experiencing a delay in processing packets. Up to one percent of packets may be impacted by this delay. We’ve identified the issue and will work to resolve over the coming days. No data is lost, it is just not processed in this timely fashion as typical.

Our API is currently offline; we are investigating the cause and resolution.

The issue was tracked down to DoS-level traffic to our API. We’ve temporarily suspended the accounts generating that traffic, and will be implementing stricter rate limiting of API calls to prevent future occurrences.
