We’ve fixed it! Due to an unexpected service incident, Gradescope.com users accessing the service via an LTI 1.3 integration may have been unable to do so today. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored. Users accessing the service directly via the Gradescope.com website were unaffected. We've fixed it! Gradescope.ca was experiencing an unexpected service incident. Previously, Gradescope.ca instructors may have been unable to create, grade, or manage assignments. Students may have also encountered issues with uploading a submission. We are pleased to report that the issue has been resolved. Due to an unexpected service incident, users may have been unable to build Code Autograders, encountered failing Code Autograders, and experienced issues with running the Code Autograder with certain submissions, in Gradescope.com today. All other assignment types and instances of Gradescope were unaffected. Users accessing the service via an integration, may have also been affected. Users may need to re-run their Code Autograders to resolve affected submissions and assignments. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.
