We have found an issue where the iOS mobile app freezes. We believe the root cause is related to push notifications. The next release will have a fix for this issue. If you are experiencing these issues in the meantime then please disable push notifications for ServiceBridge.

The latest iOS release has fixed the issue. All users with auto-update enabled should have received the latest version. If you are still experiencing it, then please delete and re-install the iOS app.
