Gophr Outage History

This morning we experienced a partial outage that caused some requests to time out. A recent deployment introduced an unexpected increase in system load, which affected the performance of our commercial API’s. Our team identified the issue quickly, rolled back the change, and restored normal operation within 30 minutes. To prevent this happening again, we’re strengthening our pre-deployment checks (specifically those that test the scalability of changes), improving automated performance testing, and tightening our deployment review process. We’re also enhancing our monitoring to detect similar issues even earlier. Everything is now stable, and we’re continuing to review the incident to ensure reliability remains high.

Google Cloud Platform has fixed the issues that were impacting the Gophr platform. Services are now running as expected. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have experienced 3 short interruptions to the Gophr job booking service between the hours of 6am and 3PM. During this time some of our customers were unable to book jobs but they could still retrieve details of existing jobs. Then issues have been found and are now resolved.

We experienced an outage that impacted all of our API's and resulted in requests being timed out. The issue was resolved at approximately 11:00 PM
