    Incident began at 2026-01-03 19:54 and ended at 2026-01-03 21:05 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) ). The problem with Android LoadPaymentData API has been resolved. After further investigation, we believe the issue existed outside of Google's infrastructure. No further updates will be added to this dashboard. Affected products: Android LoadPaymentData API
