Google Ads experienced a major incident on December 10, 2025 affecting Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager (global), lasting 4h 25m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Dec 10, 2025, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Google Ad Manager Interactive Report Exports are failing for reports with long display names or with commas in the display name. Exports to Google Sheets are throwing exceptions, and other formats (CSV and XLS) are downloading without file extensions. This is impacting both Google Ad Manager Frontend - Interactive Reports and Scheduled Reports. User can rename the report name to shorten the name to 100 characters and/or remove the comma(,) in the report name. Users can also rename the downloaded files to add the .csv or .xls extension for CSV and XLS formats, respectively. To use the data in Google Sheets, copy the contents from the downloaded file and paste it into a new sheet.

The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Google Ad Manager Interactive Report Exports are now getting generated normally.
